Offering Tropheus duboisi (White Spotted Cichlid).
An intriguingly coloured addition from Lake Tanganyika, the White Spotted Cichlid appreciates a rock scaped tank; with a sand bed. Growing to a maximum of 5 inches, it can be found at much deeper depths than other fish in the same habitat, an active mouth brooder that develops very slowly in maturity. It’s recommended to house more females than males, to reduce aggression and increase spawning chances. This species appreciates a high density of vegetable matter in it’s diet, likely owing to their habit of eating algae from rocks as juveniles. Other foods such as pellets, flake and live should be fed very sparingly.
