Offering a pair (male and female) of Limia nigrofasciata (Blackbarred Limia).

A beautiful livebearer from Central America, the humpbacked limia is so named for the curvature of its back, resembling a hump. They are gregarious in nature, preferring to congregate in a group of their own kind. Males display more colour than the females, who are larger. Growing to approximately 2 inches, they are peaceful community dwellers, thriving in heavily planted tanks. Given a varied diet, they will leave aquatic plants largely untouched, where their fry can seek refuge from hungry adults. This species of fish produces small numbers of fry compared to other livebearers, on average producing 15 per pregnancy.
