Description

Offering Hyphessobrycon amandae (Ember Tetra).

Popular community and nano inhabitants, ember tetra are diminutive shoalers that add bright orange activity to planted tanks, growing to just under an inch in size. They appreciate groups of 8 or more, and heavy foliage they can seek refuge in. Their wild diet typically includes small insects and vegetation, as such their diet should be varied to include commercial, live and or frozen foods that will give them a complete nutrition. They tend to inhabit middle areas of aquaria, and can be grouped with bottom dwellers such as corydoras, and top dwellers such as danios to create an active community at all levels.
