Offering Epalzeorhynchos bicolor (Red-Tailed Black Shark).
A popular aquarium fish with beginner and advanced aquarists alike, the red-tailed black shark is a mischievous fish that can sometimes work well in communities, or terrorise its inhabitants. They are identified by their shark like appearance, with a bold red caudal fin, set against a jet black body. This striking appearance makes them very beautiful display fish, growing to approximately 6 inches as adults. Aim to keep them in fairly neutral aquarium conditions, with a temperature of around 24 degrees, in a neutral ph. They will accept a wide variety of foods, including flake, dried, frozen and live also enjoying nibbling vegetables.
